OwnerInsured ("we," "us") helps business owners and franchise owners find commercial insurance. This policy explains what we collect on ownerinsured.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us in our forms: your name, email, phone number, business name, business type, the states where you operate, franchise details, the coverage you're interested in, your requested start date, and any notes you add.
- Basic website data: pages visited, the site or link that referred you, campaign tags (UTM), and standard browser and device information.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, schedule a call, and follow up by email.
- To prepare insurance options. To do that we may share your business information with insurance carriers, wholesalers, or licensed agency partners, only as needed to get you quotes or place coverage.
- To send you texts about your request, only if you checked the texting consent box.
- To improve our website and services, and to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Text messages
